Summerhill School showed true skill in Mathletics Challenge

Summerhill School pitched high and reaped the reward at the recent International Mathletics Numeracy Challenge. 

We were up against schools from Great Britain, Mozambique, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Austria, Kenya, Lebanon, Egypt, Arab Emirates, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Zimbabwe, Angola, France, Ethiopia, Jersey, Bahrain, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, Rwanda, Nigeria, Kuwait, and Serbia.

This is how Summerhill Nursery Prep College showed true skill in Mathletics Challenge:

Out of the 49 schools who participated internationally – South Africa was placed 5th -but Summerhill School was was placed 19th.

 Schools ahead of us included: Lighthouse Academy, St Marys School, Center for Play and Learning and Blue Jay Farm School.

Some schools behind us included: International School of Cape Town;  Crawford Lonehill; Reddam Helderfontein; St Stithians (both boys and girls); St Andrews School for Girls; St Johns; St Benedicts; Dainfern; Pecanwood; Curro Waterfall… to name just a few.

 In summary, we are so proud of our three awesome schools Summerhill Nursery, Preparatory and College.  Summerhill School showed true skill in Mathletics Challenge.
